Human Resource Management includes planning, job analysis, design, acquisition, training and development, compensation, appraisal, benefits, rewards, safety, health, motivation, evaluation, human relations, employee counselling personnel research of resources. The main purpose the study is to investigate Impact HRM Practices & Job Satisfaction in Selected Private Banks Bangladesh. To conduct this research, 85 respondents from Dutch Bangla Bank Ltd., United Commercial Dhaka One Limited leading private commercial banks Bogura Sirajganj District This based on primary as well secondary data nature. Primary have been collected with help a structured questionnaire which was administered personally bank employees. analysied SPSS software. tried disclose relationship between employees’ satisfaction various dimensions practices. In study, we considered nine major factors represented most resources management practices followed by different banks. reveals that all exercised banking sector Bangladesh falls short satisfy employees equally. Most are dissatisfied Compensation System reward Career Development, System, design responsibilities.
